PINKCC DATACHALLENGE 2025: Revolutionizing Ovarian Cancer Research with AI
💻 THE CHALLENGE
Under the aegis of SIRIC Montpellier Cancer, the PINKCC DAY DATACHALLENGE 2025 is organized by the PINKCC Lab led by Professor Stéphanie Nougaret (Montpellier Research Cancer Institute/IRCM & Montpellier Cancer Institute/ICM) and the ISDM led by Professor Anne Laurent (University of Montpellier, LIRMM), and focuses this year on ovarian cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis.
❓Ovarian cancer is a silent yet aggressive disease, often diagnosed at an advanced stage, with metastases in the abdominal cavity. Accurately evaluating the extent of disease is challenging but critical for surgical planning. This year’s challenge invites participants to tackle this issue by developing automated segmentation algorithms for peritoneal carcinomatosis on CT scans.

The primary aim is to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by uniting radiologists, researchers, students, and industry professionals. The challenge welcomes:

No worries! You can sign up individually, and the organizing committee will assign you to a team. If you have an incomplete team, you can register it and update your Google Form later to add more members. Otherwise, we’ll suggest teammates for you!
