In 2024, the objective of the call for projects (AAP) is to support research projects with a total budget of €60,000, aligning with one of the three main research axes of SIRIC Montpellier Cancer.
Evaluation
At the end of the application period, the submitted projects were assessed based on the following criteria:
- Scientific and technological quality
- Innovation and development
- Methodology and feasibility
- Alignment with one of the research themes of SIRIC Montpellier Cancer
Results
GEFLUC Occitanie and SIRIC Montpellier Cancer are delighted to reward three winning projects:
- PRIORITY Programme: “Feasibility study of cumulative dosimetry on lesions and organs at risk after treatment with external and internal radiotherapy” by Lore Santoro, Institut du Cancer de Montpellier (ICM)
- PANACEA Axis: “A monocentric study evaluating adherence to the BeatMove tool to meet physical activity recommendations in patients undergoing hormone therapy for breast cancer (APAMuS)” by Elodie Desplanche, Institut du Cancer de Montpellier (ICM)
- ENERGY Axis: “Targeting sphingolipid metabolism to prevent breast cancer invasion promoted by overexpressed flotillins” by Stéphane Bodin, Centre de Recherche en Biologie cellulaire de Montpellier (CRBM)
