The event will be on the road to EANM 2023 conference held in Vienna.
The program will include all the aspects of research related to Auger electrons:
- Radionuclide production
- Physics and radiation dosimetry
- Radiobiology
- Radiochemistry and radiopharmaceutical synthesis
- Experimental therapeutics
- Clinical translation
For the centenary of the discovery of Auger electron discovery, special sessions will be dedicated to
- Historical Session – The Discoveries of Auger Electron Processes by Pierre Auger and Lise Meitner Denis Guthleben and Delphine Blanchard (CNRS Paris, France)
- Nanoparticles and Radiosensitization Effects of Auger Electrons
- Auger Electrons vs. Alpha Particles
Please note exciting Keynotes lectures by renowned speakers:
– Prof. Ulli Koester (Inst. Laue-Langevin, FR)
– Prof. Roger Howell (Rutgers Univ., USA)
– Prof. Jean-Pierre Pouget (INSERM Montpellier, FR)
– Prof. Raymond Reilly (Univ. of Toronto, CA)
