It is with great sadness that we have learned of the death of Angelos Constantinou on January 20, 2024. A a world-renowned biochemist specializing in DNA repair mechanisms and a team leader at the IGH, he was also a member of the Scientific Steering Committee of the SIRIC Montpellier Cancer since 2018. We are losing not only a brilliant scientist, but also a valuable colleague who was very involved in the collective dynamics of the SIRIC.
