From March 24 to 26, the Bioinformatics Cluster of SIRIC Montpellier Cancer held its very first ATAC-seq data analysis training, and it was a great success!
This workshop was part of the experimental ATAC-seq platform developed by SIRIC Montpellier Cancer in Eric Soler’s lab (IGMM). It brought together researchers, bioinformaticians, and students eager to deepen their knowledge in epigenomics and bioinformatics.
💡 Three days filled with scientific exchange, hands-on sessions, and exciting discoveries, all driven by the curiosity and enthusiasm of our participants.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on this scientific adventure!
We look forward to continuing the momentum and seeing you again soon for future trainings.
