{"id":34841,"date":"2026-05-18T16:46:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T15:46:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montpellier-cancer.com\/?p=34841"},"modified":"2026-05-18T16:47:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T15:47:41","slug":"siric-montpellier-cancer-hosts-the-2nd-edition-of-its-atac-seq-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montpellier-cancer.com\/en\/siric-montpellier-cancer-hosts-the-2nd-edition-of-its-atac-seq-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"SIRIC Montpellier Cancer Hosts the 2nd Edition of Its ATAC-seq Training Course"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-rte  mb-4 md:mb-8  bg-white p-3 md:p-6\">\n                        <div class=\"flex flex-col md:flex-row flex-wrap gap-2 md:gap-3 lg:gap-8\">\n          <div class=\"w-full\">\n            <div class=\"max-w-none prose \"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"304\">Last week, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">SIRIC Montpellier Cancer<\/span><\/span> successfully organized the second edition of its ATAC-seq training course, bringing together researchers and clinicians for three days dedicated to epigenomic data analysis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"602\">Led by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Pierre-Fran\u00e7ois Roux<\/span><\/span> alongside SIRIC\u2019s bioinformatics team \u2014 <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Mohammad Salma<\/span><\/span>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Dassou SIKA<\/span><\/span>, and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Michael Patron<\/span><\/span> \u2014 the course welcomed 15 participants from the medical research community around the theme:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"184khr4\" data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"674\">\u201cUnlocking Epigenomic Insights: ATAC-seq Data Analysis in Practice\u201d<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"988\">Designed to combine theoretical foundations with practical application, the training provided participants with a comprehensive overview of the ATAC-seq data analysis workflow.
