The Hyperion XTi uses metal\u2011tagged antibodies detected by mass spectrometry and can quantify the expression of more than 40 markers per cell, overcoming the usual limitations of fluorescence\u2011based imaging.<span class=\"inline-flex\" data-state=\"closed\">\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The new system offers three acquisition modes: whole\u2011slide imaging in\u00a0<em>preview<\/em>\u00a0mode (25 \u00b5m),\u00a0<em>tissue<\/em>\u00a0mode (5 \u00b5m) and subcellular imaging (1 \u00b5m), enabling truly multi\u2011scale exploration of tissue architecture.
