{"id":30692,"date":"2025-03-26T13:31:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T12:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montpellier-cancer.com\/?p=30692"},"modified":"2025-07-16T13:40:20","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T12:40:20","slug":"atac-seq-training-a-successful-first-edition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montpellier-cancer.com\/en\/atac-seq-training-a-successful-first-edition\/","title":{"rendered":"ATAC-seq Training: A Successful First Edition"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-rte  mb-4 md:mb-8  bg-white p-3 md:p-6\">\n                        <div class=\"flex flex-col md:flex-row flex-wrap gap-2 md:gap-3 lg:gap-8\">\n          <div class=\"w-full\">\n            <div class=\"max-w-none prose \"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"195\" data-end=\"354\">From March 24 to 26, the <strong data-start=\"220\" data-end=\"274\">Bioinformatics Cluster of SIRIC Montpellier Cancer<\/strong> held its very first ATAC-seq data analysis training, and it was a great success!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"356\" data-end=\"630\">This workshop was part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/montpellier-cancer.com\/en\/formations\/atac-seq-technical-platform\/\">experimental ATAC-seq platform<\/a> developed by SIRIC Montpellier Cancer in <strong data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"485\">Eric Soler\u2019s lab (IGMM)<\/strong>. It brought together <strong data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"555\">researchers, bioinformaticians, and students<\/strong> eager to deepen their knowledge in <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"606\">epigenomics<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"629\">bioinformatics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"787\">\ud83d\udca1 Three days filled with scientific exchange, hands-on sessions, and exciting discoveries, all driven by the curiosity and enthusiasm of our participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"954\">A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on this scientific adventure!<br data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"864\" \/>We look forward to
